Questions, answered
Is it free to use?
Yes. Creating a profile, swiping, matching and chatting are free. Paid plans add extras like unlimited likes, rewinds, seeing who likes you and Travel Mode.
Who can see my location?
Nobody sees your exact position. Other members only see an approximate distance, rounded to about a kilometre, and you can change your location settings at any time.
How do matches work?
When you like someone and they like you back, it's a match. Only matched members can message each other.
What happens when I report someone?
Our moderation team reviews every report and can suspend accounts that break the community rules. The person you report isn't told who reported them.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time from Settings → Account & Security. Your profile, matches and messages are removed permanently.
